I practice as a compassionate, creative, and supportive psychotherapist. I provide confidential, non-judgmental individual psychotherapy sessions and work collaboratively with each client to meet their specific needs. I feel deeply honoured to have the privilege of accompanying others on their healing journey. In addition to engaging in psychotherapy, I am also a yoga teacher; as a result, I offer a unique perspective that involves the body, mind, and spirit. I believe in building on each person's existing strengths and encouraging their process of growing and evolving through self-exploration. My experience is mostly with women who are healing from sexual trauma, and I have also assisted clients with anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, self-esteem, and life transitions.
